This program is designed to help you “Release Your Inner Strength” without the need for access to a gym! This no excuses program will help you improve your strength and endurance over then next 8 weeks. This program includes four strength training days a week, one cardio day, and two rest and recovery days. Following this program in combination with proper nutrition will get you the results you desire without ever stepping foot in a gym!
