1-on-1 Training Sessions will take place at Brickhaus Fitness in Wheaton, IL. Marc will also travel to home gyms upon request. The initial 1-on-1 Training may last 1 hour and 15 minutes and the client should be in an appropriate fitness attire. The first session begins with Marc discussing short and long term goal setting, taking measurements, and answering any questions clients may have. Going forward, each session will last an hour and include a warm up, workout, and cool down with stretching.
Each session includes:
1 hour personal training at Brickhaus Fitness in Wheaton or at the client’s desired location.
