Contest preparation plan includes a CUSTOM nutrition program (with weekly check-ins where adjustments are made), cardio, training recommendations and supplement plans along with weekly in-person check-ins when you are 6 weeks out of a show at Brickhaus Fitness in Wheaton, IL. If you are located out of the area then you will check in via check in form or skype. Weekly check ins will include completion of the check in form given to clients upon signing up along with pictures to assess conditioning. Contest preparation programs are available for 4 weeks or full preparation (which consists of 12 weeks) for the following competition categories:
- Men’s and Women’s Bodybuilding
- Men’s Physique
- Men’s Classic Physique
- Women’s Figure
- Women’s Bikini
- Diet plan
- Supplement plan
- Cardio and Training Recommendation Program
- Weekly Check-ins
Programs will be based on the plan that best suits your needs, and you will be given access to our very own online diet portal with your own login and password. Marc will provide you with the specific types of foods he would like you to consume along with the amount of protein, carbs and fats you need to hit for the day, and each meal. All programs include unlimited emails, all adjustments to the nutrition plan, constant monitoring, custom training if added on below, cardio types and times and supplement advice and recommendations—all in effort to create a one stop shop.

You will be in weekly contact with Marc to report morning dry weight along with other important details of how the prior days have been going. You will send Marc pictures once per week, or upon request, which may be sooner.
